Can Pikmin get sick?

When Omar and Opal asked me if Pikmin can get sick, I didn't know the answer. After all, even if I've never seen one of them catch any disease, that doesn't mean they're immune to viruses. That's something I’ll have to observe the next time I visit PNF-404.
